This woman had developed significant stretch marks and excess flabby skin after several pregnancies. This skin was able to be completely resected and discarded, restoring her abdomen to a much more satisfying appearance. The results shown are 12 months after surgery; nearly all abdominoplasties are performed as outpatient surgery, with the patients being allowed to return home that same day.
This lady had simultaneous tummy tuck with breast lift (the "Mommy Makeover"). These procedures are easily combined on an outpatient basis, allowing a single recovery period.

This lady was quite unhappy with her stretch marks and excess skin after several pregnancies. By removing the problematic skin, the stretch marks are taken away completely. By tightening up her abdominal muscles, she has a much more firm and strong abdomen (seen best on the side view). Her frontal images demonstrate a common issue: after a successful tummy tuck, we may "unveil" some excess upper hip fatty fullness that may not have been apparent before surgery. This is typically easily addressed in the office with liposuction at a later date.
