44-year-old female who works as a clerical assistant, she is single and is here today to discuss breast augmentation and possible breast lift. She has two grown children and she breast fed both of them. She currently wears a 36C bra and she states that she would like more volume on the top and would like to be a D cup. Even though her primary goal was additional breast volume, because she had significant breast droop (ptosis), we explained that breast implants needed to wait until the ptosis was corrected with a breast lift. She agreed to this staged approach, and proceeded with a mastopexy (breast lift). After she had healed from the breast lift, she returned to our in-office facility for breast implant placement. Results are shown here 3 months AFTER the breast implants were placed in her second procedure (350 cc, under the muscle placement).
