27 year old from who returns to discuss breast options. We initially seen her when she was 20, but she did not opt to have surgery that time. Since her initial visit she has had one child, three years ago, and has gone through a divorce. She has been wanting to do breast augmentation since her initial consultation, but was not in a position to do until now. She wears a 34 A bra and desires to be a full C cup. Height is 5′ 6″. Weight is 125 pounds. She is very self conscious about her appearance and would like to fit better in clothing. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 mL. Therefore 300 cc high profile silicone gel implants were placed below the muscle (subpectoral) via an inframammary approach. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 4 months.
