Description:
Age 38, height 5’4″, weight 130 pounds, has two children. Prior to her pregnancies, she was a full C cup. She lost volume after breast feeding and dropped to a size 36B. Her goal was to have more volume but maintain a natural appearance. She wanted to be close to the size that her breasts were prior to her pregnancies. She was augmented with 325cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subglandular (over the muscle) via inframammary incision. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 and a half months.
