28 year old female her today with her husband. She is a mother of 2 children, ages 2 and almost 1 year. She breast fed both children and just stopped breast feeding the youngest 5 months ago. She is here today to discuss augmentation. She states that since she has had children she does not have any volume and is not happy with her current size at all. She has contemplated augmentation in the past, but said that the timing right now is superior. She brought a picture of what she has “idealized” herself looking like with implants. She states that she desires more volume more than anything, and is not as concerned about having a “natural” appearance as she is about having more volume. Height is 5’7. Weight is 120 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 450 cc. She was augmented with 450cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
