33-year-old female who is here today for consultation to discuss options for breast augmentation. She has one 5-year-old child that she breast fed, and does not plan to have any more children. She currently wears a 34B bra, and would like to have more volume. She had a previous consultation with another plastic surgeon to discuss breast augmentation options, but she would like to avoid procedures in the hospital, and so decided to visit our practice. At her prior consultation she had chosen 445cc implants, but wanted to review size options again with us as well. Her goal for augmentation is to have more breast volume that looks more natural and proportionate to her body. She has looked at a lot of before and after photos on my website, and admitted that she has had several referrals to my office. Height is 5’9″. Weight is 145 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 425 cc. She was augmented with 425cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
