54 year old lady presented with her significant other, she came to discuss breast augmentation options. Her goals were is to increase her breast volume while maintaining a natural appearance. She would like to be ableto fill out her clothing better, and look more proportionate. Height is 5’7″. Weight is 125 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 350 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 350cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
