Description:

30-year-old female who desired to discuss breast enhancement options. She did breast feed both of her children, but that was over a year prior. She does not plan to have any more children at this time. She would like to achieve a “more full” look to her breasts, but would also like to maintain a natural look. She reports that she does not have any concerns with droop, but just feels like her breasts look deflated from breast feeding. Height is 5’7″. Weight is 132 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 350 cc. She was augmented with 350cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
