41-year-old female interested in breast augmentation. She has two children, aged 15 and 12 years, both of whom were breastfed for 12 months. Prior to pregnancy, she wore a B cup bra size. While pregnant, she wore a C cup, and she wore a D cup size while breastfeeding. She notes she was happiest as a small C-cup. She notes she has lost some weight and is a runner, and is currently less than an A cup. As a health care provider, she notes she does breast exams frequently, and she sees augmented breasts daily. She notes she does not care for the ‘headlight’ look of over-augmented breasts. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 132 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 300 cc. She was augmented with 325cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 4 months.
