43 year old woman, she has 2 children ages 10 and 12, both of whom she breast fed. Her current bra size is A. Her goal is to have more volume while remaining natural in appearance. She has had several friends who have had breast augmentations done at other facilities, and has done research on my website leading her here for the consultation today. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 200 cc. She was augmented with 200 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
