Description:

43 year old is married and the mother of 4 children, ages 14, 9, 5, and 2. She states she nursed all 4 children and is still nursing her youngest occasionally. She presented to see us for a breast augmentation consultation. She reports that after nursing 4 children she has lost all of her breast volume and does not feel very feminine. Her goal is to have more volume but to be proportionate and not too obviously large. She states she would like to feel more like a woman. She would like to know if she is a candidate for this surgery and what is involved with it.. Height is 5’3″. Weight is 103 pounds. Bilateral breast augmentation was performed, placing subpectoral: smooth round high profile silicone gel implants (300cc on the right, 275cc on the left). The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
