33 year old woman, with two children (2 and 4) both of whom she attempted to breast feed for a short time. She is here today to discuss breast augmentation. This is something that she has dreamed about for a long time. She has done some research online and has seen my website. Her goal is to increase her breast volume, while maintaining a natural appearance. She would like to avoid the look of “deep cleavage.” She would like people to look at her and say “Wow. She looks really good!” She is a runner, and doesn’t want larger breasts to get in the way of exercising. Height is 5’5″. Weight is 120 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 325 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
