25 year old mother of a 3 year old and as 11 month old. She breast fed both babies for one year, (and will be breast feeding her 11 month old for one more month). She states that she is down to pumping just one time at night currently. Her current bra size is a 34 B and she would like to be a C cup. She has seen our website and is here today with her friend for consultation (they work together and are planning on doing the surgery together at the same time). She was informed that she needed to be done with breast feeding for about 6 months prior to surgery. Height is 5′ 5″. Weight is 125 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 350 cc. After waiting 6 months, she was augmented with 350 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
