22-year-old wishes to discuss breast augmentation. She is accompanied by her mother, who is also a breast patient of mine. She notes she has always felt her breasts were “too small”, and she does not like the way they look. She would like more upper pole fullness and she would like to feel more comfortable in her clothing. She has difficulty finding bras that fit, as she is currently between a 32B and a 32C. She does not have children, but she does plan to attempt to breast feed if she has children in the future. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 120 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 300 cc. She was augmented with 300 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
