27 year old who is accompanied by her boyfriend to discuss options for breast augmentation. She has one child, age nine, whom she breast fed. She states that she has wanted breast surgery for as long as she can remember. She currently wears a size 32A bra, and states that she still does not have enough volume to fill her bras. She is very self-conscious regarding her breasts and wants to gain confidence in that area. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 101 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 325 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
