35 year old here today for consultation; she has 4 children (all in their teens). She has been interested in breast surgery for at least ten years but has never had a consultation. Her goal is to have more volume as she feels uncomfortable with her current bra size of 34B. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 127 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 350 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 350 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
