Description:

A pleasant 29 year-old nurse who wanted information on breast augmentation. She has two children, both of whom were breastfed. She notes she wore a 32A bra prior to pregnancy, her size increased to a DD cup size while breast feeding. She was happy with her size while breast feeding, and she would like to restore that volume, if possible. She denies a personal or family history of breast cancer, but does have a personal history of fibrocystic breasts. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 375 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 375cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incision using a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
