Description:

A pleasant 59 year old was referred to see us by her daughter in law (who had an augmentation done here several years ago). Height is 5’9″, Weight is 150 pounds. She noted that she had lost 30 pounds over the past couple of years, which caused her breasts to become “even smaller.” She has no concerns of droop. Her goal is to have more breast volume while maintaining a very natural appearance. She would like to fill out her clothing and swimwear better. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. Therefore 300 cc high profile silicone gel implants were placed below the muscle (subpectoral) via an inframammary approach. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
