35 year old lady, does not have any children; presented to discuss breast augmentation. She currently wears a 36D bra. Height is 5’9″. Weight is 140 pounds. She is interested in discussing options to gain more breast volume. She is wanting to fill out her swim wear better. She has looked at my website, and has reviewed my before and after photos. She is wondering what options are available, and what she is a good candidate for. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 275 cc. She was augmented with 275cc smooth round moderate high profile silicone gel implants placed subglandularly (over the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
