30-year-old female who visited us to discuss options for breast augmentation. She states she has always wanted larger breasts, and she feels that now is a good time. She states as she has aged, her breasts have become a bigger priority. She is looking for a more “feminine look,” which she describes as curvier. She is hoping that breast augmentation will give her more volume that compliments her figure. She does not want to look “porn star-ish,” but she would like to go as large as she can and still have a good look. She currently wears a 32A, and she would like to be a D or DD cup after augmentation. Height is 5’10”. Weight is 122 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 400 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 400cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
