30 year old, married with one child who is 2 years old, (she breast fed for 6 months). She does not plan on having more children. She was interested to learn about breast augmentation. She has viewed the website and is impressed with our results. She is currently a size 34 A/B. She says that her breasts are flat and have lost “the perkiness” that she had before pregnancy. She is wanting to be fuller and be able to fit in her clothes better, but she doesn’t want to look “fatter”. She 5’ 6”, and weighs 122 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 325 cc. She was augmented with 325cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
