Description:
Age 27, height 5’7″, 130 pounds, 3 children. She had always been small breasted. She desired more volume in her breasts and had considered augmentation for a long time. She was augmented with 400cc high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via an inframammary incision. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 4 months.
