Pleasant 45 year old, she is also the mother of one of our existing patients. She states that she lost 85 pounds with the help of a nutritionist and has kept it off for over 10 years. Height is 5′ 4″. Weight is 155 pounds. She initially stated state she would like to have more overall breast volume and maintain a very natural look. Her current bra size is a 38 B and she would like to be a full C cup. However, upon examining her, we pointed out that she had too much breast droop or ptosis to simply proceed with breast implants. Our suggestion was to correct the breast ptosis with a mastopexy (breast lift). Simply doing that, even though it does not add more real volume to the breast, most patients feel larger because her breast tissue is not so spread out. Nevertheless, should she want more breast volume after the breast lift, that can be easily done without even creating new scars. She had a bilateral V-to-T mastopexy (breast lift). The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 6 months.
