27 year old, to talk about possible breast augmentation. “After 3 kids, my breasts are just deflated. I am not sure what my real bra size is, but I am wanting to be a 36-34 DD.” She is 5’ 6” tall, and weighs 140 pounds. When asked how she felt about her appearance in a well supportive bra, she was undecided and stated “I just want them up higher and closer together.” Further discussion led us to her goal of a mastopexy, to lift the breasts into a more perky position, like before she had children. She had a bilateral V-to-T mastopexy (breast lift). The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
