Description:
31-year-old female interested in both breast lift and augmentation. She currently stays at home with her two children (both were breast fed). Her breasts have some droop, and she was initially hoping that an implant will give her more volume and “lift” the breasts (breast implants to not “lift” breasts). She already had a consultation with another plastic surgeon, but she was hesitant to go to the hospital and have to pay the additional OR fees. Her goal is to have her breasts perkier, and “slightly bigger,” and would like them to look natural and be proportionate to her body. Height is 5’2.5″. Weight is 153 pounds. To address her breast ptosis (droop), we suggested to proceed with a mastopexy (breast lift) to correct these issues of sagging and appearance. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
