33 year old lady requested information about reducing her large breast size. She has always been large breasted and wore a size DD bra at the age of 12. Height is 5’5″. Weight is 195 pounds. She has wanted a reduction for a very long time, and actually had a consultation about this when she was 16 years old. She had a bilateral breast reduction performed with a total of 1110 gm removed from the left breast, and 1306 gm removed from the right; with nipple position corrected as well (see images). The procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
