Description:
45 year old with larger breasts presents to discuss surgical options. She has always wanted to get a reduction done. Preferentially she said she would like to see about “half of them” removed, but she is interested in what our opinion would look best. She states her size now is a 38DD, but she thinks that bra is even a little small for her. Height is 5’5″. Weight is 166 pounds. She had a bilateral breast reduction with a total of 380 gm removed from the left breast, and 489 gm removed from the right; with nipple position corrected as well (see images). The procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
