38 year old looking for options at some resistant areas of fullness: she has been unable to address these on her own with diet and exercise. Specifically she was interested in reducing her upper hips, saddle bags (trochanters) and upper inner thighs (see markings on her pre-op images). To address these concerns, liposuction was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 4 months.
