Description:
Age 51, height 5’4″, weight 203 pounds. She had a massive weight loss that caused “bat wing” deformity and excess skin and fatty tissue at the upper arms. She had a bilateral brachioplasty including posterior arm liposuction. 300cc of fat was taken from each arm. A total of 530g of skin was removed from the left arm and 570g from the right arm. Procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
