Description:
27 year old student, who over the last 1 1/2 years has lost 100 pounds and she now has excess skin she would like removed from her bilateral upper extremities. She reports her weight has stabilized; she wishes to discuss brachioplasty surgery. Height is 5’10”. Weight is 180 pounds. She had extremely redundant excess skin at her upper arms: this was addressed by removing the excess skin using both liposuction and direct skin excision.
