46 year old with four grown children; she recently lost about 30 pounds with Weight Watchers, and has kept it off. She stays very active and exercises 6 days a week. She typically does Insanity or T25 workouts. Height is 5’8″, Weight is 169 pounds. She came to discuss abdominoplasty. Her goal would be to eliminate the excess skin and fatty tissue of her abdomen. Her job requires her to be “out and about” frequently, so she was somewhat concerned with recovery downtime. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. The underwear demonstrates the goal of having the scar hidden by bikini or undergarments, although sometimes this is not entirely possible. Results are shown at 3 months.
