43-year-old presented to discuss options for breast augmentation and tummy tuck (“mommy makeover”). She has two children, ages 11 and 14, and both were breast fed for a little over a year. She would like to know what can be done for the loose skin at the abdomen. She states she had lost about 70 pounds after her last pregnancy, and has maintained a stable weight for years, but the skin has not changed. She would like the abdomen to be smoother, flatter, and tighter. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
