41-year-old female interested in a Mommy makeover (breast lift & tummy tuck), she currently has 2 teenaged children. Over the last two years, she has lost approximately 80 pounds and has successfully kept it off with diet and exercise. She is unhappy with how her abdomen looks and would like to address her excess skin and stretch marks. She also notes that with pregnancy and weight loss, her breasts now look ‘deflated’. She would like to have a ‘perkier’ appearance and to gain more volume. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 158 pounds. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
