26 year old female here today for consultation. She has currently lost 60 pounds using diet and exercise. She states that she is very unhappy with her body at this time. With regard to her abdomen, she had very loose redundant skin, not much excess fatty tissue. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results are shown at 6 months. The underwear demonstrates the goal of having the scar hidden by bikini or undergarments, although sometimes this is not entirely possible.
