28 year old here today for consultation after massive weight loss. She was referred to me by a patient of mine, who she is good friends with. She had a Lap Band procedure done several years ago. Since then she has lost 130 pounds. She lost the weight very rapidly, and for the past year her weight has been very stable, only fluctuating by 10 pounds. She exercises very regularly, and states her excess skin gets in the way of her exercise. She states she has a lot of muscle, but it is hidden under her excess skin. Height is 5’ 5″. Weight is 200 pounds. She had extremely redundant excess skin at her upper arms: this was addressed by removing the excess skin using both liposuction and direct skin excision. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
