Description:

52 year old lady interested in breast enlargement. She has three children that were all breast fed. She states her current bra is a 34C, but her breasts may be slightly smaller due to recent weight loss. She is 5’ 8” tall, and weighs 156 pounds. She admits to some droop, but she is not sure if it is enough to need a lift or if implants alone will be able to help her. She would like to have more volume that is natural in appearance and proportional to her body. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 350 cc. She was augmented with 350cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subglandularly (over the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
