31 year old presented to discuss her options for a breast augmentation. She has a 4 year old little girl that she did nurse, and she does not plan to have any more children. She currently describes her breasts as “hanging skin and no volume”. Height is 5’0″. Weight is 100 pounds. She ishoping to have a natural appearance with full volume. She believes she has a good idea of how large she would like to be, but was excited to try on sizers to validate her choices. She would like to know the fees of the surgery and how long she will be out of work (recovering). After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 350 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 350cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
