25-year-old female who came to our office to discuss options for breast augmentation. She is married has two children, ages 2 and 6 years old, both breast fed. She states they are not planning on having any more children, but it may be a possibility in the future. She states she was very pleased with how her breasts looked when she was breast feeding, but since her last pregnancy, she lost most of that volume. She currently wears a 34B, and she is hoping that breast implants will give her more volume that is natural and proportional to her body. Height is 5’8″. Weight is 160 pounds. She noted: “I have wide hips, so I think larger breasts will look better.” After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 400 cc. She was augmented with 400 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
