Description:
Age 33, height 5’7″, weight 155 pounds, has one child. She wore a 36A bra and was concerned her breasts were deflated after pregnancy and breast feeding. She wanted a breast enlargement in order to not be limited in the clothing she was able to wear. She was augmented with 400cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incision using a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
