53 year old presented to discuss having a breast reduction. She states she wears approximately a 52H bra and has been this large-breasted her entire life. She complains of back pain and has bulging discs at her neck related to the significant weight she carries at her breasts. Her goal is to lose as much breast tissue as possible, while still maintaining a feminine appearance. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 307 pounds. She had a bilateral breast reduction with a total of 1615 gm removed from the left breast, and 1750 gm removed from the right; with nipple position corrected as well (see images). The procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 7 months.
