					Description:
Pleasant 59 year old female. Nearly 20 years ago, she had a hiatal hernia repair and her surgeon told her they could do a “mini tummy tuck” at the same time. This left her with a “bulge” at the top of the abdomen that she is unhappy with; she also believes the umbilicus is too high. An (real) abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results are shown at 6 months. (she also had a breast lift performed, thus this would be a “mommy makeover”.
